how the race works
Open a round. Anyone starts one. This snapshots each bloom's chain signal as a baseline and opens an ~8-minute commit window.
Back a bloom. While the commit window is open, stake 10–1000 EG on the bloom you think the chain will feed most. One stake per round — choose carefully. Your EG goes into the round's vault.
The chain grows. After commit closes, a ~4-minute grow window measures the signals. No new stakes.
Resolve. Anyone clicks "resolve round" after the grow window. The bloom whose signal rose most wins. 10% of the pool goes to the treasury.
Claim. Winners click "claim winnings" to pull their share from the vault — you must claim while connected; it is not automatic. Losers click "close stake" to reclaim rent (the staked EG is gone to the winners).
Your EG is held safely in the vault until claimed. Nothing is automatic — resolving and claiming are each a transaction someone signs.
